What’s in your body?

Replace some of those sugary drinks that leave you thirsty with some hydrating water. Start by adding a cup (8 oz) each day, and build up to 8+ cups per day.

Tips to getting more water: Carry around a water bottle, have a glass in the refrigerator waiting for you, take a drink each time you pass a water fountain, drink a glass before each meal.

***For a reward, log your water intake while you work your way up to 8 cups per day. Once you have reached 8 cups or more, bring your log to Ms. Merchant in office 100. Logs must be at least a week long [if it takes you less than a week to get 8 cups, continue to drink 8 cups a day and finish the log for the week]. The first 5 people will receive a prize!***
