Monday, March 3 is I Want You to Be Happy Day! Didn’t know that? Me neither!

Do something you love to do that day.  Think happy thoughts about yourself and others. Do something nice for someone you don’t know. Smile. Tell an important person in your life how much they mean to you. Step outside for some sunshine (hopefully).

AND, don’t forget to LAUGH!!! According to HelpGuide.org, laughter relaxes you, helps your immune system, signals your brain to release endorphins (happy chemicals!), and aids blood flow thus protecting your heart.
