This week our Journalist of the Week is Alexis Olivia Walker. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on July 25, 1996. Her favorite classes are english and history. Her least favorite class is anything dealing with math! Her favorite sports teams are the New York Yankees and the Alabama Chisom Tide. She loves anything Italian and her favorite color is purple. Her favorite movie is Remember the Titants and she has a cat named Bentley. She has a older sister named Nacobi and a younger brother named Dylan. She wants to be an elementry teacher when she grows up and she enjoys reading, writing, and playing sotball. 5 Random Facts:

1. I’ve never broke any bones.

2. I did however, have my finger cut off when I was younger.

3. I am the fourth youngest student in our grade.

4. I’m a huge sports junkie.

Her favorite thing about journalism? “I like that we have the opportunity to be creative, and we can really make our stories our own.”
