Things you need to know about the EOI
The End-of-Instruction (EOI) test results for high school students help provide information to help improve academic performance in writing, social studies, math, reading, and other subjects. EOI tests also help see how much students have learned throughout the school year. Students in Oklahoma take EOI tests in Biology, U.S. History, English II, English III, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II. Students must pass the English II, Algebra I, and two other EOI tests.
EOI are scored using four levels:
1. Advanced
2. Satisfactory
3. Limited Knowledge
4. Unsatisfactory
The night before an EOI test, students need to get plenty of sleep to stay focused. Students need to eat a healthy breakfast. They need to study as much as they can for the test and ask questions if they are confused about something they know will be on the test. The tests are very important. Stay focused, ask questions, eat a healthy breakfast, and get plenty of sleep the night before the EOI test.
