HealthCorps Summertime and Sunshine


Can you believe it’s almost summertime?? The 2013-2014 school year has gone by so fast. And trust me, each year will go faster and faster. As you dive into summertime and sunshine, keep a few things in mind:

1. Soak it up. The sun, family time, friend time, the outdoors, the fresh fruit.

2. Make wise choices. Find good clean fun.

3. Invest in your health. What better time to make some healthy changes than in the summer when you have more time, fresh fruit is at its best, and the weather is beautiful! Don’t wait. Start now!

4. Reflect. Take time to look behind you to see how far you’ve come, how much you’ve grown. Then look ahead and set some new goals.


I am so thankful that I get one last year with you all.
