Here at Ada High, we have one very interactive elective known as CNN. This stands for Cougar News Network. This class is ran by Mrs. Moore. Many students have question on how to get in to this class, and what it is all about, so Stevona Gilbert, a student in CNN, has taken the time to answer some of these!

What is CNN?
“CNN is where you are in a group, and you all decide on a story and make a video. Sometimes it is a school story.”

What are the requirements to be in this class?
“You have to be in a marketing class for a year (two semesters) before you can become apart of CNN.”

What do you like the least, and the most about being in CNN?
“I don’t like how we only have four days to film, edit and finish a story before our air date. What I like most is everyone gets to be creative with ideas.”

How many years have you been in this class?
“I have been in CNN for three years.”

Do you have any favorite videos?
“There have been so many great videos, it’s really hard for me to pick a favorite.”
