DIY: Cableknit Pillows
It’s cold outside, and the best thing to do is stay in bed with your cozy blankets and pillows in your pajamas! So what is better than decorative pillows as cozy as your coziest sweaters? It only takes 2 simples steps!
What you’ll need:
- Sweater
- Needle
- Thread
1. Find a sweater at a local thrift store. Cut the arms and the top section off to make a square.
2.The edges should already be sewed up, so just sew the top and the bottom closed once your pillow is inside! Cut off any extra length if needed!
Voila! You’ve got the coziest pillow ever.
tip: You can even take the leftover sleeves and slip them on with your boots as leg warmers!

This is a really neat, and simple idea. I only takes a few supplies which are in most homes already. I think its creative and cute at the same time. I will look into creating this pillow and also look into making a blanket to go with it, as well.
