Competitive Drama Staying Active During Fall Break
During Fall Break students like to chill out and take recovery time from the first nine weeks of the school year. However Competitive Drama decided to take advantage of their break and opportunities presented to them by going to a contest that was hosted by Deer Creek High School. They got to witness 10 other schools perform their one-act plays, as well as perform in front of everyone who attended the contest. Ada would leave the contest with awards for Best Set and Best Company. Also, 2 of our own actors Jonathan Grein (12) and Sarah Estis (11) would get awards for their acting placing in the Top 21 at the contest. Competitive Drama will be performing their One-Act Play “Dirt” at State this Friday and Saturday. Hopefully it will not be long until Competitive Drama will get their First State Championship!
