This past weekend, the Ada Cougar Men’s basketball team was the host of the East Central Classic. The Cougars finished with a 2-1 record, dominating in the firs round against Choctaw. In the second round, the Cougars displayed discipline and hard work by narrowly beating Durant in the fourth quarter. However, the Cougars didn’t finish exactly how they wanted.  After losing a hard fought battle in the championship game against Sapulpa, the Cougars were awarded the runner up trophy. Walker Whitworth and Cory Kilby were also awarded All-Tournament.
