New Years resolutions
We all have a New Years resolution, and some of us have the same ones. To get in shape, eat better, etc. But we all know within two weeks you’ll cancel your gym membership and spend that money on materialistic items, right? Losing weight is the most common of resolutions, but only 8% of people achieve that goal yearly.
I have two New Years resolutions; to work on my self worth, accepting who I am as my God sees me. And to stay in shape and eat better. (go figure) But, I actually want to achieve those goals, and stick with them throughout the year.
Doing this one thing can help you keep your New Years resolution!

See the things in your life that you have been short-shrifting but that make you joyful. “Many of us eat when we’re lonely, bored, or frustrated, so if you can more satisfaction from your life, you seek it less from food.” -Lauren Slayton, RD, Founder of foodtrainers in New York City. Focus on the more and knock out those resolutions! What would Beyonce do?
