            The giant panda is one thing almost every one knows and loves, but I did say almost. Pandas are hunted to near extinction, and their homes are constantly being destroyed. The problem esclated so much that in China you get the DEATH sentance for killing a panda! The panda is a symbol of hope for a lot of animal lovers, even the WWF symbol is a panda from London Zoo named Chi-Chi. Pandas only have 1 to 2 kids at a time so it is hard to increase population.
