Ada High memorial stones hold tales of remembrance, loss

This is where the stone are places under the trees. In memory of the class and people.
Ada High, like many other schools, is rich with history, some good, some bad. Along the walkways leading to the decades old Ada High, one might notice stones etched with names and dates, portraying pieces of this history.
These stones, similar in shape and size to small headstones, offer little else in way of explanation, leaving passers by to wonder about the history behind them.

Cody Bolin was in the starting lineup of the Ada Cougar football team his junior year. However, on Nov. 18, 2004, Bolin was killed in a single car accident after leaving school to retrieve a change a clothes.
