Essential Workers of Pontotoc County
During the pandemic lockdown, those who were deemed “essential” still had to go to work. They’re now known as essential workers. These people hold jobs for services that have to stay running, despite lockdown. This includes healthcare workers, teachers, those who work in grocery stores and restaurants, law enforcement, and so much more. These people have risked their health and their lives for the rest of the public. These articles go in-depth on how each essential worker and their job has been affected by the pandemic.
