Merelyn Franco is a sophomore at Ada High School and is a first year staff member of The Cougar Call. Franco is interested in working on photography, podcasts, and graphic design this year. SHe is especially excited to focus on graphic design. Franco is originally from Phoenix, Ariz. but has grown up in Ada, Okla. She plans to attend the University of Oklahoma and graduate as an interior designer/architect. In her free time she enjoys watching shows, sleeping, being with her horses and dogs and going on road trips with family. Her main goal is to visit every national park around the world and travel to many islands. She cant wait to see what this year brings and is excited to be a part of The Cougar Call.
